What's a typical Spanish breakfast?

My flamenco maestro, Manuel Betanzos and I take a break from flamenco. We head for the Sierra Norte villages.

Local tip: Try the Manteca colorá con zurappa! (Spiced red lard cooked with pork loin!)

I'm preparing you for Spain! Get to learn flamenco the Spanish way, and experience culture with the locals.
